Check in is usually done between 3:00 and 7:00 PM.
Check out is usually done betwenn 10:00 and 11:00 AM.

As Residence Cristoforo Colombo has no reception, you are kindly requested to communicate in advance the estimated time of your arrival when booking.

Arrivals outside check-in times incur a surcharge and must be confirmed with our staff.

+ 1.80 Euros per person, per night, up to a maximum of 10 days per month - fee not applied for children under 14 years of age.

From 1 January 2022, the Provisions regarding the Tourist Tax referred to in the Tax Revenue Regulations approved by resolution of the C.C. come into force. n. 325 on 02/12/2021.

From 0 to 2 years (using crane): € 15 per night
EXTRA BED: € 20 per night
Only one extra bed can be added per apartment.

Any type of extra bed or cot is available upon request and subject to confirmation by our staff.
Supplements are not included in the total amount.

- Free cancellation up to three days before arrival
- Non-refundable booking for "Advance payment" rate
- For stays of more than 7 nights, we may require a security deposit, which will be refunded upon check-out once the condition of the accommodation has been checked.
- We might need to check the validity of the credit card by requesting a pre-authorization prior to arrival.
